  • Decolonising Yoga through Mantra

    Kallie Schut

Step into a sacred space of sound and movement with Mantra & Mudra Sadhana—a powerful practice that combines sacred chants with symbolic hand gestures to deepen your spiritual connection, balance energy, and awaken inner wisdom. We'll use our practice to recognise and overcome imperialist and colonial mindsets in yoga.

Through intentional breathwork, mantra repetition, and mudra activation, this session will guide you into a state of clarity, focus, and deep peace. Whether you seek grounding, transformation, or a moment of stillness, this practice offers a path to inner peace and energetic alignment.

No experience necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to explore.

  • Balance Within Breathwork

    Laura Childs

When the mind feels fuzzy and the world moves fast, the breath is our anchor. This session is an invitation to shift from scattered to centred, from overwhelm to clarity. We’ll begin with gentle, breath-led movement to settle the nervous system before diving into an active breathwork practice. This rhythmic, continuous breathing practice is designed to shift stagnant energy out of the body, soften resistance, return to presence, and clear mental fog. Taught by Laura, founder of Sāmya Studios, this session offers a taste of our upcoming retreat in Mallorca—an opportunity to slow down, reset, and reconnect with the steadiness that’s always within.

Breathwork Safety: Active breathwork can be practised by all healthy individuals. If you are dealing with a serious medical condition, we advise you to speak to a healthcare professional before your first session.

We do not recommend active breathwork if you are pregnant or suffer from any of the following:
    - Severe asthma or epilepsy - High blood pressure (in case of prescription medication) - Heart problem - A history of serious health issues like heart failure or stroke

If you have any of the above conditions, you're welcome to practice a different kind of breathwork during the class.

  • 5km Run Club

    Emancipated Run Crew

Run Free, Feel Good, Join the Crew!

Emancipated Run Crew isn’t just about running—it’s about community, culture, and pure joy in motion. We’re here to support Black and Brown runners (and future runners!) in embracing movement as a form of self-care, empowerment, and connection.

Think of it as a Saturday morning vibe reset—a run filled with good energy, freeing music, and a crew that moves at your pace. No experience? No worries! Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just getting started, we’ve got space for you.

So, lace up, show up, and let’s move together. Because running should feel good—for your body, your mind, and your soul.

    ⏰ Warm-up starts at 9:15 AM—see you there!

10:30 - 11:15AM

  • RADICAL REST

    Becca Gayle-Phipps

    A Yin & Sound Journey

In a world that glorifies doing, we offer you being. This is your permission to pause - to sink into the quiet spaces within, where the body unravels and the spirit softens.

Through long-held yin postures, your muscles release their stories, and the gentle sound of crystal bowls calm the chatter of the mind.

Here, rest is an act of radical defiance. A reclamation of peace, a deep remembering of who you are beneath the noise.

Leave renewed, realigned, and fully nourished. This is more than rest - it is restoration for the soul.

  • Moving Together — Relatedness in Motion

    David Kam

What does it mean to move together?

This dynamic class blends yoga with dance, inviting you into a fluid exploration of movement, connection, and shared energy. Through playful spatial games and interactive movement exercises, we’ll place withness at the heart of our practice—discovering how we can inspire, support, and move each other into action.

Expect a space of radical joy and warm company, where movement becomes a pathway to collective healing. No choreography, no pressure—just a chance to feel, flow, and find freedom in motion.

  • Collective Calm: A Group Mindfulness Experience

    Dr. Stacie CC Graham

Step into a space of stillness and connection with Collective Calm, a guided group mindfulness session designed to bring you back to yourself. Through breathwork, meditation, and intentional presence, you’ll learn to quiet the noise, ground into the moment, and cultivate a sense of deep inner peace.

This is more than just a mindfulness practice—it’s a shared experience of slowing down, releasing stress, and embracing clarity. Whether you’re new to meditation or deep in your journey, this session invites you to reconnect with yourself and the energy of those around you.

Breathe in. Let go. Be here.

11:30 - 12:15AM

  • Shake it Off Naturally!

    Michael Peck

Your body holds your stories—your stress, your joy, your resilience. This TRE (Tension & Trauma Release) and Embodiment session invites you to gently shake off stored tension, reconnect with your nervous system, and step into a deeper state of release and ease.

Through guided movement, breath, and somatic awareness, you’ll explore how to listen to your body’s wisdom, regulate your energy, and find safety in movement. Whether you’re carrying daily stress or deeper-held patterns, this session offers a space to let go, reset, and reclaim a sense of freedom within.

Trust your body. Move with it. Release what no longer serves you.

  • Body Positive Flow

    Aisha Nash

After years in the high-pressure world of Michelin-starred restaurants, Aisha turned to yoga to heal the stress that had taken a toll on her body and mind. Now, she shares her Body Positive Yoga Approach—a practice rooted in inclusivity, diversity, and fat positivity.

This session welcomes you exactly as you are, with a flow that adapts to your energy and capacity. Whether you’re craving gentle movement or something more dynamic, Aisha creates a space where you can move, breathe, and reconnect without judgment or pressure.

Come as you are. Move how you need. This is yoga for every body.

  • Panel Talk: Belonging in Wellness

Dr. Stacie CC Graham with guests Angie Tiwari, David Kam, Dee Stephenson and Dirish Shaktidas

In an ever-evolving wellness industry, who truly feels seen and heard? Join us for a powerful 45-minute panel discussion, Belonging in Wellness, featuring some of London’s most prominent voices in wellness, community building, and inclusivity.

Together, we’ll explore the crucial question: how do we create wellness spaces that honour diversity, dismantle barriers, and foster true belonging for all? Our panelists will share their experiences, challenges, and insights, offering practical ideas for cultivating inclusive environments that embrace authenticity and connection.

Expect thought-provoking conversation, honest reflection, and inspiring stories that illuminate how wellness can be a right—not a privilege—and how we can collectively build a more compassionate, welcoming future.

This is a space where voices matter. Come, listen, share, and be part of the movement toward belonging in wellness.
