1. These are the conditions which apply to your use of this website and the purchase of goods and services from us. If you do not agree to these conditions, you must not use this website.

2. USERS OF OUR FACILITIES AND CLASSES

1. All clients must sign up via our website.

2. REESET does not allow unaccompanied minors on site at anytime.

3. You must be 16 years + of age to attend any REESET class, workshop, event or retreat.

4. If you are between the ages of 16 and under 18, you must have a parent/guardian sign a consent form. Your parent/guardian must attend your first class/workshop and before it begins, a staff member will complete an induction for health and safety purposes. After this has taken place, you will be able to take classes/workshops as long as your parent/guardian is present.

5. Instructors and classes are subject to change at any time and you will be informed of this change via email and/or SMS.

6. We reserve the right to refuse you access to REESET and suspend or terminate your use of our services if we reasonably consider that your conduct is damaging to our reputation, is in breach of these conditions or such refusal would otherwise be in the interests of other users of the REESET. You will not be entitled to any refund in such circumstances.

3. HEALTH WAIVER

1. Our staff, agents and subcontractors are not medically qualified so if you have any doubts about your fitness or capability to exercise, we strongly recommend that you get advice from a doctor first. For safety reasons, you are responsible for correctly using our facilities and agree to keep to the conditions in the health waiver which you agreed to when registering on our website.

4. CANCELLATIONS

1. If you cancel an Experience more than 48 hours before the start time, you will automatically be refunded.

2. If you cancel less than 48 hours before a class we will not refund you.

3. Private Experience bookings and Sound & Supper Clubs have an extended cancellation window of 72 hours. If you cancel before this time you will receive an automatic monetary refund to the card payment that was used for the booking. If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice you will not receive a refund.

4. Should REESET need to cancel an Experience due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be given a refund by way of monetary return or REESET credits.

5. The initial deposit of each retreat is non-refundable. If full payment is made at the time of booking and cancellation takes place more than 8 weeks before the retreat start date, the remaining balance will be refunded. No refunds will be given within 8 weeks of the retreat start date.

6. We reserve the right to resell your retreat space should you not pay the remaining balances on the dates specified.

7. An Experience or Retreat can be cancelled either on the website or by email.

5. OUR WEBSITE

1. Use of our site includes accessing, browsing or registering to use our website. By using the website, you are confirming that you accept these conditions and that you agree to comply with them.

2. If you decide to access any third-party websites linked to this website, you do this entirely at your own risk and we will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. We provide these links purely for convenience and the inclusion of such links does not imply that we endorse or accept any responsibility for, or have any control over, the content or use of such websites. You may be subject to the terms of use applicable to such third-party sites.

3. You may not (except to the extent required in order to use this website in accordance with these conditions) copy, store in any medium (including in any other website), distribute, transmit, re-transmit, broadcast, modify, delete or show in public any part of this website or systematically extract material from this website or any document available through it, create any derivative works from it or in any other way exploit commercially all or any part of this website or any document available through it, without our prior written consent.

6. LIABILITY

1. Subject to these conditions, we will compensate you for any loss or damage you may suffer if we fail to carry out our obligations under these conditions or to a reasonable standard or breach any duties imposed on us by law (including if we cause death or personal injury to you by our negligence), unless that failure is attributable to: a) your own fault; b) a third party unconnected with our obligations under these conditions; or c) events which we could not have foreseen or forestalled, even if we had taken all reasonable care.

2. Our liability to compensate you (in the case of loss or damage other than death or personal injury) is limited to a reasonable amount having regard to such factors as whether the damage was due to a negligent act or omission by us.

7. DATA PROTECTION

1. Our website provider, Squarespace, along with our payment providers Stripe, Momence and Lodgify hold your data on behalf of REESET. We do not share this with anyone else (with the exception of point 7.2).

2. To comply with Spanish law, when hosting retreats, we must submit your Name and Passport information to the rental agency/agencies who register your visit along with your Tourist Tax. By booking a retreat with us, you acknowledge and accept this.

8. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

1. You agree that we are in no way responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you are present in the studio. You assume all risk of loss for any of your personal belongings.

9. PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING

1.By attending a REESET retreat, event, or experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding photography, videography, and media usage:

2. During your participation in a REESET event, photography, videography, and audio recordings may take place for the purposes of documenting, marketing, and promoting our experiences. By attending, you grant REESET and its affiliates the irrevocable right to:

• Capture your image, likeness, and voice through photography and filming.

• Use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and publicly display this media in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, newsletters, printed materials, and press features.

• Store and archive this content for future promotional use.

3. You understand that participation in photography and filming is voluntary and that no financial compensation or royalties will be provided for the use of your likeness in REESET materials.

4. We value your comfort and boundaries. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a REESET team member before the event begins, and we will make reasonable efforts to respect your request. However, we cannot guarantee full exclusion from all group photography.

5. If you later find an image of yourself in REESET’s materials that you’d prefer not to be used, please contact us at [insert email]. While we cannot remove images from all previously published content, we will take reasonable steps to ensure they are not used in future materials.

6. By attending a REESET event, you release and hold harmless REESET, its team, photographers, and media partners from any claims, demands, or liabilities related to the use of your image, likeness, or voice.

10. AGREEMENT

1. These Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website.

2. We reserve the right to vary or amend these conditions from time to time. Any changes shall take effect upon their posting being on the website.

3. REESET WELLNESS S.L. reserves the right to withdraw, vary or amend any promotion, discount or competition at any time.
