Start your day with energising mat Pilates, in collaboration with Studio 44, followed by a transformative self-development workshop with George from Sustainable Life Coach. Slow down with deeply restorative yin yoga and immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of a sound bath, guided by Becca Gayle-Phipps.

Between sessions, indulge in a nourishing, seasonal lunch and savour refreshing snacks by chef Aisha Nash. Relax in the house’s unique biophilic swimming pond, float in the wood-fired hot tub & sweat out toxins in the floating sauna.

This retreat is open to all - no prior experience required.

mat pilates

Hosted by our friends at Studio44, this session is a low-impact, highly effective workout designed to build strength, flexibility & balance. Rooted in the principles of control, precision & breath. Mat Pilates focuses on activating & engaging your core muscles, promoting improved posture & alignment. This practice is ideal for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, as it allows you to progress at your own pace while ensuring safe & effective movement.

Through a series of controlled exercises performed on a mat, you’ll develop long, lean muscles without adding bulk. Each movement is designed to enhance your body’s natural range of motion, improve flexibility & boost body awareness.

Perfect for those seeking both a physical challenge & a mindful movement practice this session will help you cultivate body awareness, reduce stress & promote a deep connection between body & mind. And with a waterside location, floor-to-ceiling windows and views that overlook the grounds, this will be a class to remember!

We are thrilled to serve a delicious & nutritious lunch crafted by the incredible Aisha Nash. London based Aisha is a prominent yoga teacher, writer and speaker on all things Body Positivity. She cooks from the heart & challenges our assumptions around Diet Culture & our relationship with the food that we eat.

Aisha spent her formal training becoming a pastry chef, and further honing this skillset while working at the prestigious, Michelin starred Hakkasan Mayfair. 

She blends tradition with intuition & loves to bring her experience of spice and flavour from her Indian and Malawian roots into the beautiful dishes that she creates.

At our retreat, you can expect warming salads, hearty soups & nourishing snacks, all prepared with love & care. Aisha’s dishes are designed to comfort & energise, perfectly paired with refreshing herbal teas to leave you feeling deeply satisfied.

Yin yoga

Join Becca Gayle-Phipps as we experience the profound & deeply restorative practice of Yin Yoga, where stillness & mindfulness take centre stage. Unlike more dynamic forms of yoga, Yin focuses on long-held, passive postures that allow you to stretch deep into your body’s connective tissues such as ligaments, fascia & joints, promoting increased flexibility. By holding poses for several minutes, you can gently work to restore range of motion & enhance mobility.

In Yin Yoga, the emphasis is on surrender and letting go. The slower pace allows for quiet reflection, making it a deeply meditative experience that calms the nervous system, reduces stress & fosters mental clarity. Whether you’re seeking to balance an active lifestyle, recover from physical strain, or cultivate a sense of inner stillness, Yin Yoga offers space to tune into your body & reconnect with your breath.

Sound healing

Sound Bath Meditation is the practice of clearing the mind & deepening relaxation using live sound and music. You'll be lying down (or seated if you prefer) with the option of using cushions, blankets & eye masks to enhance your relaxed state. There is nothing for you to do except rest.

We’ll end our day bathing in sound. As the sun sets, let the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, & chimes wash over you, melting away tension & bringing deep relaxation. This magical session is designed to complement our holistic approach, combining the physical release of movement & the insightful guidance of our workshop.

Throughout the retreat, our movement sessions will help you connect with your body, releasing physical stress & fostering a sense of inner peace. Our workshops will help you embrace your true self. To finish, sound healing weaves these experiences together, quieting the mind & opening the heart.

    Sepideh (Sepid) is passionate about motivating & guiding people to start their journey of well-being; both physical & mental. But mostly she loves working with those who dare to be their real selves.

    With a background in gymnastic & ballet, she has been teaching pilates for 7+ years, all around the world including, England, Turkey, Iran & Dubai.
